I rode out to Sand Hollow and swam along the shoreline from bouy to bouy. The kids played on the beach for hours and the wife rode the bike course in prep for her Summer Games triathlon this weekend. I am skipping out on this tri since it probably is not a good idea to do a race a week before the Ironman. It will be nice for a change to cheer from the sidelines.

Sounds like fun! That is ALOT of people!! What will you do with yourself after the Ironman is over? Bike for fun??
I do not think I have ever been In this good of physical shape in my life. I will keep doing triathlons as long as I can, however they may not all be Ironman distances. maybe a 1/2 Ironman someday. Once you do a Tri you get hooked.
Meri wants to do a 1/2 next year.
