The 20 week training to IM is half over. 2 months to go. I am not sure how my body should feel. 3 weeks ago I was slow and sluggish and last week and this week I felt like a perpetual machine. The next 3 weeks will be very demanding and peaking at almost 17-18hrs for one of the weeks.
