I started running again this week. Back to a training schedule to prepare for the 1/2 Marathon in January. No I will not win this race or even come close. I will try to beat my time from last year. It sure takes a while to get into a good pace and rhythm when you have taken a long break from running. After a few miles it actually is not too bad. Did I just say what I thought I said? I actually cant wait to start swimming again. And mtb season is just around the corner and the temp down here are great for mtb riding. It just needs to dry up a little.
