The wife and I together conquered the 100 miles of the Tour de St George Saturday. The day could not of been any better for a ride across the desert. Although I miss a racing atmosphere, It was nice to relax and this was good time. I even felt like I could run a few miles afterwards but I didnt. Mile 70-80 was challenging mentally climbing up Snow Canyon. However the food we had at all the rest-stops must of kicked in on the descent down because I had plenty of energy to finish.

You guys are awesome! I rode once from our house in Centerville to Antelope Island, that seemed so far. It was like 27 miles..I think I was a Jr. in high school! For me that was far!
Oh yeah--I will see what I can do about the music!
