Green Valley RC.Saturday was primo as I enjoyed 3 hours in the morning riding the Tarmac around the northern parts of SG and then meeting up for lunch with the fam for a "Cheeseburger in Paradise" at Island Broiler (one of my favorite eating establishments in SG).
Saturday night the wife and I got away from reality and spent the evening at the Coyote Inn at Green Valley. Very nice place themed around complete rest and relaxation. However after sleeping in, it wasn't all rest. We brought our mtn. bikes to ride the what is now endangered Greenvalley Racecourse. We have to take advantage of this course before the land developers go crazy with homes. The weather was so perfect we decided to continue our ride and rode back to the house via the Bear Paw Poppy trail. If you ever want to get addicted to mtn biking, this is the trail that will do it.
Ohh, funny how I miss the kids just from being away for a night.
