Can you say Delicioso!!
Whether cycling, swimming or running, these Helados Mexican Bars are my favorite post workout snack. They are refreshing especially after being in the heat for a few hours. Coconut is probably the best followed by strawberry and then mango. They pack a whopping 150-200 calories to help you replenish those burned up calories!! I have to hide them from the rest of the family because before you know it, they are gone!!
