IRONMAN, HERE I COME.
Call me crazy or call me nuts. I have decided to race in the 2008 ironman at Coeur d'Alene. My bro in-law convinced me to do it with him. I will be searching for a 6-12 month training plan so I can be ready next June. I love to bike and swim but dread the running part despite my somewhat enjoyable St George marathon finish in 2005. Did I say "enjoyable"? I must have forgetten about the pain.

Rich, really I think the St George heat oven has cooked your brain. Ill train with you on the bike.....
doing the iron man will be a great accomplishment. if you can do that I know I can do a sprint tri. we will be there to support you all the way! see ya later!
